COVID-19 Precautions

Your safety is our top priority

As a medical clinic, we understand what is necessary to help keep our community of safe and healthy during the 
coronavirus pandemic.  
 
Find Your Balance requests the following of our patients: 

1. Please wait in your vehicle and we will send you a text message once the previous patient has exited the office and 
   the office has been sanitized. 
   
2. Please let us know in advance if you or anyone you have had contact with have any of the following symptoms: 
   fever, body aches, sore throat, or cough.  We can provide remote treatments for patients with or exposed to 
   COVID-19 symptoms.   

Find Your Balance provides the following sanitation practices: 

1. We only allow one patient in the office at a time.   
   
2. The office’s common areas are sanitized after each patient.   
   
3. Your practitioner will be wearing a KN95 mask and gloves.  We ask that you wear a mask or cloth face covering 
   while we are interacting with you. You may remove your mask once you are relaxing in the treatment room alone.
   
4. We provide hand sanitizer in the waiting area and in the treatment room.  Please use it when you enter the office.
   
5. We conduct touch-less temperature readings at the start of each appointment.
